Ah! After this workout my biceps and shoulders are killing me!

I might need to try and find another back/chest video to kind of feel more complete about the upper body because I’d really like to work on those a little more. I might just need to do a few sets of pushups for the chest just because. I’ll look over a few different videos for next week (or maybe for Friday since it’s full body on Friday).
